“Jimin has a soft voice, but a guide singer’s version sounded a bit mature. So we wanted to make “Filter” sound both refreshing and sexy. On top of that, to meet the preference of Big Hit Entertainment—which houses the seven-piece act—we also came up with more provocative words than normal.
